The good news? Panels are long-lasting. No daily routines, no moving pieces. Simply place it and allow the sun to do its work. Cleaning them worries some folks. You’re usually okay unless you’re in the middle of a sandstorm or your local birds are really… expressive.
Expenses? The elephant is that. However, it has become more thinner over time. It’s more accessible than ever thanks to tax rebates, regional initiatives, and innovative funding. Consider the long term. This is an investment, not a toaster. It will probably pay for itself and more in the long run.
Not to mention the little victories. Like smiling rather than moaning when you open the utility bill. Or experiencing a strange sensation of pride while viewing the app that displays your energy production. As if you had compromised the system. Because you did, in a sense.
In actuality, solar is more than just technology. It’s a change in perspective. You’re literally regaining part of your power. You’re placing a wager on the sun. And given that it has been appearing every morning without fail, that is a fairly reliable wager. Thus far.
